In my recent TV shopping there a lot of non-smart TVs were more than their equivalent "smart" versions (and this wasn't during black friday sales)/div>
I guess I don't understand the premise, if it's as good at protecting privacy and anonymity as it claims... how exactly are these nine eyes going to know who the bad guys are to decrypt or for that matter know if what they are doing is bad (it's supposed to be encrypted after all). That suggests that there is no anonymity or privacy or real encryption/div>
Unfortunately it's my only choice. Technically I have cable in my neighborhood but the nearest cable terminates somewhere in my yard and in addition to tripling my internet costs I'd have to pay for them to dig up my lawn to try and find it on top of an installation fee./div>
I guess I'd be a little more sympathetic if my mail man didn't see new mail in my box, recognize it was properly postaged and addressed and put it back in the box with my new mail. After all it's not like the rent check is in any hurry./div>
You are supposed to write a letter and hope it doesn't get stuffed in a closet so they don't have to deliver it (http://www.hinterlandgazette.com/2009/12/union-leader-ray-arcovio-claims.html)/div>
It's part of the USPS's monopoly protections, this is why UPS and Fedex can't deliver anything to your mailbox.
I can't find my original source but I believe the USPS also has the power to prevent UPS and Fedex from undercutting their prices (or in other words set's the minimum price they can charge)/div>
I guess I didn't read sarcasm in the original post. I may have missed it but I know people that truly believe what out_of_the_blue posted so it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it was not sarcasm./div>
I'm not defending disney on this but a lot of the "distinct" features on this car aren't unique to it. In fact I imagine a lot of the features on this car were inspired from other cars.
But really that just shows how ridiculous Disney's position on this stuff is. By copying this car Disney isn't hurting it, it's making it a lot more known./div>
Hate to break it to you but the Ms. I-built-the-GPS-nav-system-of-the-DARPA-grand-challenge-winning-automated-car probably won't be volunterring for this, it'll more like be Ms. I-can't-be-bothered-to-pay-attention-to-what-I'm-getting-paid-to-do-because-i'm-busy-with-facebook/t exting/etc./div>

Should really be this:
"Can we just have lawmakers recognize, once and for all, that they're really bad at legislating?"/div>

If franken can require Apple and Google to require privacy policies he gets to point to something he's "done" even though it's changed nothing./div>
